pin 106: 10 exercises to tone your butt {fitness magazine}

With this workout, my booty will be hurting into next week! Seriously a tough workout with exercises that will tone different parts of your bum you didn’t know you could work out! On days when you can’t hit the gym, this workout is perfect. There’s also hardly any impact or noises, so you can do it while your roommate/husband/baby is sleeping and they’ll be none the wiser {except when your tush starts looking like it was carved from marble!}

The image for this pin is really unfortunate, since the workout is so much more than just squats. The toughest for me? Explosive Lunges. The most rewarding/best feeling? Sun Salutations. Reminds me that I must find a yoga class near my house. I need to get back to it because I did enjoy it so much.
