When I was little, I thought the only shapes were skinny, big and normal. Skinny was my cousin Jenny and big was a girl in my kindergarten class, but normal – well, that was all the rest of us. We weren’t skinny like a straight line like Jenny and we weren’t round like Amber. We were just… normal. We didn’t need to worry about being ‘fat’ or ‘too skinny’, we were just kind of the middle pile.
It wasn’t until I got older and started reading magazines that I started worrying about ‘thunder thighs’ or ‘flabby arms’. Flabby arms? On 13 year olds? It’s not as simple as just being anymore. Now, you have a shape and you’re taught to hate it. Nevermind if you’re in your average weight range and perfectly healthy, your ass looks terrible in those jeans! Luckily, we have all the best ways to ‘camouflage’ your hated parts.
All that being said, it is helpful to see where you need to build more muscle. In my case, I need upper body work. I have no definition in my arms, so this workout pin is great for me! It really worked out my triceps and laterals!
Ease (1-10): 4.5 Pretty easy, but time consuming.
